Meet Charles Parker

Charles Parker was born and raised in Nashville, receiving a B.S in Dietetics from Tennessee State University and M.S in Exercise and Nutrition Science from Lipscomb University.

Charles's accomplishments span the health and fitness industry. Upon moving to South Florida, he furthered his studies, becoming a licensed dietitian and certified personal trainer.  He then qualified for the 2012 and 2013 National Championships for Physique Athletes

In 2014, Charles released the e-book Summer Fat Loss Secrets, created to reveal industry secrets on losing body fat and building lean muscle during the laziest time of the Year...the Summer. 

In 2015, Charles was featured twice in the International fitness magazine Vegan Health and Fitness.  One of his signature workouts for core and speed training was also featured for readers . 

In 2017, Charles released an online program, FIT-N-6, designed as a full-body workout  to complete in just 6 minutes a day. 

Today, Charles is doing what he loves best – developing, traveling and helping people attain their goals through motivation, physical fitness and sound nutrition protocols.

" My philosophy on training is to first obtain a working knowledge of my client's body and mind. I take a holistic approach to training each individual by targeting their mental and physical weaknesses and enhancing their strengths".


"I also integrate a progressive nutrition regime with every stage of my training program. This is because the body needs certain nutrients at specific times of the day in order to work efficiently and maximize its training efforts".


"I believe it is essential to obtain a balance between nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle. That is why I named myself The Exercise Nutritionist."
